What’s your approach to the Photo Tour?

It’s like meeting a new friend that will help you experiencing your camera and reveal what to see and photograph in Genoa.
I want you to feel like a local for a day, not a tourist! This is why we keep small groups (max 5 people).

Every Photo Tour includes a snack together, a friendly time where we can know each other and enjoy the group.

What about cancellation?

Cancellation policy

Customers will receive:

– 100% refund for cancellation made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.
– 100% refund in case of operator cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund.
– No shows will be charged full price

What about bad weather and other changes?

In case of drizzle or light rain we just can walk and shoot with an umbrella, water is a really good friend, can you imagine how many pictures you will have with water reflections? Much more opportunities than in the sunshine!
But in case of downpour we have three options:

  1. Reschedule the Tour (one of the following days), or
  2. Meet and go for the Special Photo Tour wet edition: inside the Aquarium of Genoa or another undercover museum (to be agreed with the group). Entering ticket price is extra in this case, or
  3. Get the 100% refund.
